Nobody has a PIN yet. Create the first owner here: your name and a 6-digit PIN. Everyone else (the second owner, staff) is added afterwards in Settings → People. This screen disappears once an owner has a PIN.
Things staff recorded that an owner should look at: write-offs, count corrections, transfer differences, cash differences over the limit, negative stock, offline records that could not be checked, deliveries without a cost, and products moved where they are switched off. Marking an item seen never changes the record behind it. Negative stock and deliveries without a cost clear themselves once fixed.
A device's location is changed with the server's owner key (RUNBOOK.md), not from this page yet.
